ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
| 1 | Loosen the 4 nuts (1) |

| 2 | Remove actuator with bolt from the mounting plate (2) |
| 3 | Place the new actuator with bolts in the exact position on the mounting plate (2) |
| 4 | Fit the mounting bracket (5) |
| 5 | Tighten the 4 nuts |
| 6 | The coupling (3) must be loosely mounted on the ball valve spindle |
| 7 | Securing via lock nuts (4) |
